Please join us June 30, 2022 for the 2nd annual “Defending Democracy Digital Dine-In” sponsored by the Howard County Democratic Central Committee. We are excited to announce that the keynote speaker will be Congressman Jamie Raskin, who is currently our U.S. Representative for Maryland’s 8th Congressional district and was instrumental in the Trump Impeachment Trials.

The event will be hosted from 7pm-8:30pm. The food will have to be picked up the date of the event from our restaurant partner, Ranazul (8171 Maple Lawn Blvd #170, Fulton, MD 20759), between 3 and 6 PM; however, if you wish to donate the meals, we will also handle donating the extra meals to those community members in need. Please see below the Meal Options & Pick Up Time Options to notify us.

Meal Options

·       Steak – Grilled 6oz. ribeye with potato gratin, grilled onions, and sautéed spinach with red wine sauce

·       Chicken – Crispy fried chicken breast with coleslaw and fried potatoes with spicy chipotle aioli

·       Salmon – Cashew encrusted salmon medallion with grilled zucchini, pineapple, and salad with orange butter sauce

·       Vegetarian – Spaghetti pasta with vegetarian marinara sauce and grilled zucchini

Pick Up Time Options

Time 1: 3:00 – 3:30 PM

Time 2: 3:30 – 4:00 PM

Time 3: 4:00 – 4:30 PM

Time 4: 4:30 – 5:00 PM

Time 5: 5:00 – 5:30 PM

Time 6: 5:30 – 6:00 PM

During this event, the committee will present awards to members of our community who have excelled in their respective efforts to advance the party and fight for the democratic ideals we treasure.
