Wear Orange Proclamation – Howard County

Join us as Howard County leaders proclaim June 3 National Gun Violence Awareness Day, and the kickoff to Wear Orange Weekend. We wear Orange to commemorate Hadiya Pendleton’s life and the lives of all gun violence survivors. During Wear Orange Weekend, everyone who believes we can and must solve the problem of gun violence in America, will take action and stand together in a bold statement of resilience and fortitude as we advance our efforts.
